This is unfortunate because I will no longer be staying with the wedding guests. I have since cancelled my reservation and reserved somewhere else. But always, it is brought to my attention that this was so. I understand that some places do this, but it's usually to lock in a rate and is not refundable. I come to wake up the next morning and find that I had been charged in advance for the room. This may have been the worst representative yet. Finally I felt obligated because it was the last day that the group rate was available and I regretfully made the reservation. It was very frustrating.Įvery time is made me not want to make the reservation.
Every time they ask asked multiple times for dates, card info, rewards info and so on. Every time they had to ask multiple times for the names of the party. The representatives were obviously overwhelmed in the call center(god knows what country it was located) from having to handle reservations from so many properties.Įvery time they said they couldn't find the block of rooms reserved.
I tried 3 times to make reservations for a wedding, and 3 times I found the worst customer service I have ever experienced while trying to make a reservation.
I will say that I did not even get to stay here.
